The SIM9650L-W is the high efficiency AI smart module with Android 14 system, embedded Octa-core 64-bit ARM V8 processor, with frequency up to 2.7GHz and Adreno™ 643 GPU, supporting OpenGL ES 3.2 and OpenCL 2.0.The module contains DSP with Dual HVX and Hexagon Tensor Accelerator, more than 14 Tops AI ability. It supports multiple high resolution camera and dual screen displays, and has powerful high data transfer and multimedia processing capability. With smart module operation system and high performance advantage, the module is ideal for rapid development of multimedia wireless communication products and applications. The SIM9650L-W has abundant interfaces, it can be connected with camera, display screen, audio, sensors and other equipments. It supports multi-dimensional data collection and man-machine interaction. The interfaces including MIPI_DSI/CSI/UART/SPI/I2C/GPIO/USB greatly expand smart module applications, and make the module suitable for smart POS, Logistics terminals, VR/AR equipment, intelligent robots, vehicle equipment, intelligent cockpit, video surveillance, security monitoring, intelligent information acquisition equipment, industrial PDA and intelligent handheld terminals.
