ScioSense ENS21x

The ENS21x is a scalable family of high-performance temperature and relative humidity sensors with ranges and accuracy levels tailored to the needs of specific applications. With temperature accuracy down to ±0.1°C and humidity accuracy as low as ±0.8% RH the family can adress high volume consumer to automotive grade or highest accuracy demands in instrumentation.

The sensor provides digital, pre-calibrated outputs (Kelvin and % relative humidity) and is encapsulated in a 2x2mm QFN4 package. Communication with an external host processor is supported by an I²C interface, enabling seamless integration of environmental sensing into designs.
