3-Channel high PSRR LDO Power GreenPAK™
The SLG51003V is a multi-channel LDO Power GreenPAK which contains three compact and customizable low dropout regulators and is designed for advanced sensor applications. For example, the LDO_HP channel is optimized to meet the requirements of high-performance analog circuits by providing ultra-high PSRR of 68 dB at 1 MHz, low output voltage noise characteristics of 16 μV (rms), and tight output voltage accuracy of ±1 % over temperature. This part also includes configurable GreenPAK resources and built-in safety protection features all in a small 14-pin TQFN package.
