The RX261 group is a 32-bit microcontroller that delivers outstanding power efficiency, advanced touch functions, and robust security. It is suitable for a wide range of HMI applications including consumer electronics, industrial automation, building automation, and battery-powered products.

  • 64MHz RXv3 core, 69uA/MHz in active mode, 1.0uA in standby mode with SRAM retention
  • 25% lower active current and 87% lower standby current compared to other 64MHz class MCUs
  • Snooze mode: Peripheral functions can operate temporarily even in standby mode
  • Third-generation capacitive touch sensing unit (CTSU2SL) delivers high noise immunity and water resistance
  • Up to 512KB code flash, 8KB data flash, 128KB SRAM
  • Support 5V operation
  • CAN FD and USB full-speed host/function
  • RSIP-E11A security IP with AES, ECC, SHA engines
