Ultra low power 48MHz with Renesas RISC-V CPU, 128 KB Flash, 16 KB RAM, 12bit ADC

The MCU in this series incorporates an energy-efficient and performant Renesas RISC-V 32-bit core, and is particularly well-suited for cost-sensitive and low-power applications. It features 128KB code flash memory, 4KB data flash, 16KB SRAM with ECC support, many timers and serial connectivity interfaces, a high number of IOs with output current control, and rich analog functionality (12-bit A/D Converter, DAC, comparator). The device supports 125°C temperature operation and can be delivered in 16 WLCSP, 24, 32 and 48 QFN package options
