onsemi NCS21671 and NCV21671
Current sense amplifier, 40V comon-mode voltage, bidirectional, 40KHZ, Micro10
The NCS21671 and NCV21671 are a series of voltage output current sense amplifiers offered in gains of 25, 50, 100, and 200 V/V. These parts can measure voltage across shunts at common mode voltages from −0.1 V to 40 V, independent of supply voltage. These devices can operate from a single +1.8 V to +5.5 V power supply, drawing a maximum of 80 uA of supply current.
Key features
- Wide common mode input range from -0.1V to 40V
- Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
