FXLS8971 3-axis accelerometer for Industrial/Medical applications requiring high performance over temperature
FXLS8971CF is a compact 3-axis MEMS accelerometer designed for use in a wide range of industrial and medical IOT applications that require excellent offset and sensitivity stability over temperature. The part supports both high-performance and low-power operating modes, allowing maximum flexibility to meet the resolution and power needs for various unique use cases. A number of advanced, integrated digital features enable designers to reduce the overall system power consumption and simplify host data collection.

- < 1 µA in low power wake up mode
- Low noise: 230 µg/√Hz in high performance mode
- Integrated digital features reduce system power consumption and simplify host data collection
- 3x3 QFN package, 0.65 mm pitch with wettable flanks
- Flexible sensor data change detection (SDCD) function for motion or no motion, high-g/low-g, freefall and other inertial events
- Bidirectional, robust self-test diagnostic
