Nisshinbo Micro Devices NJW4750
Quad channel PMIC
The NJW4750 is quad channel PMIC including one wide input range buck converter and three secondary regulators. Channel 1 and 2 are buck DC/DC converters, channel 3 can be selected as a synchronous buck converter or LDO and channel 4 is an LDO regulator, therefore it is a flexible solution for various applications. Channel 1 and channel 2 / 3 are operating in anti-phase operation to reduce EMI noise. all regulators have an individual enable and powergood pin. The NJW4750 offers an option to select from a Hiccup or Latched over-current protection and is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 approved for automotive applications.
