45 V / 500 mA LDO with power good
The NJW4109 is a 45 V / 500 mA LDO regulator with a power-good output, It provides a flag signal as soon the output voltage is within the normal range and notifies the MCU of the normal state. This device achieves fast transient response and offers stable output voltage even at line or load fluctuations. The LDO provides a high output voltage accuracy of ±1.0%. Moreover, wide operating voltage, wide operating temperature, and power-good output makes the LDO ideal for automotive or industrial equipment requiring high reliability.
