SPDT switch with ultra-low current consumption
The NJG1816K75 is a 2-bit controlled SPDT switch with an ultra-low current consumption of 0.1 µA. It features high linearity and low insertion loss at 1.8V operating voltage up to 3GHz. This switch is suitable for low power wireless communication devices such as portable and mobile terminals. The DFN6-75's small and thin package offers a small footprint.
