New two launched IGBT modules in PrimePACK™ 2 and 3+ housing with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology targeting Drives and CAV applications. PrimePACK™ 2 1600 A offers 77% more current output in the same package and enables frame size reduction compared to PrimePACK™ 3. PrimePACK™ 3+ 2400 A offers 37% higher output current in the same frame size and enables higher converter rating possibilities up to 710 kW instead of 450 kW.
