Two-chip ZVS flyback converter for USB-C PD adapter and charger designs
EZ-PD™ PAG2S supports secondary-side controlled flyback converters bypairing with EZ-PD™ PAG2P. PAG2S-AC is a secondary-side ACF controllerenabling leakage energy recycling and ZVS operation; while PAG2S-QZ is asecondary-side QR-ZVS controller achieving ZVS using an SR controlscheme. EZ-PD™ PAG2S-PS standalone acts as a USB PD and SR-integratedsecondary-side controller by pairing with third-party primary-side PWM controllers via an optocoupler.
