Infineon OptiMOS™ Linear FET2

The new OptiMOS™ Linear FET2 is Infineon's new best-in-class 100 V power MOSFETs in a TO-Leadless (TOLL) package, offering the industry's lowest R_DS(on) and wide SOA at 25°C. OptiMOS™ 5 linear FET2 technology enables the best-in-class trade-off between RDS(on) and linear mode capability. Combined with the TOLL package, the device is targeted for inrush current protection, such as hot-swap, e-fuse, and battery protection in battery management systems (BMS).
