1608 DFN-2s are one of the smallest LEDs in the Surface Mount product family, and these high-reliability LEDs with superior performance are suitable to operate under a wide range of environmental conditions.

The Broadcom^® ASCKCx00 surface mount LEDs utilize AlInGaP and InGaN chips in a small form factor DFN-2 package. The small form factor package also enables flexibilities in product designs and are ideal for a wide range of applications.

To facilitate easy pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are packed in tape and reel. Every reel is shipped in single intensity and color bin to provide close uniformity.
