Full-color mid-power portfolio with improved corrosion resistance for all levels of industrial applications in any type of environment
The new generation of SYNIOS® S 2222 - Kx DDLM32.yy family offers increased corrosion resistance with better performance than the previous generation. The components are selected to be available for longer project lifetimes. → InGaN and InGaAlP chip technology for full color spectrum → Corrosion class 3B (15 ppm H2S, 40°C, 90% r.h., 336h, L80 tested) → Corrosion class 3B (15 ppm H2S, 40°C, 90% r.h., 336h, L80 tested).

- Full color range (Blue, True Green, Converted Yellow, Yellow, Red, Super Red, White)
- Current range: 5 mA - 250 mA DC, 500 mA PWM
- QFN with NiPdAg leadframe and TiO2 (all but White)
- ESD: 2kV HBM on chip level
