The SMARTLED® 0603 Kx EELP41.yy family represents the next generation of low-power LEDs for the professional industrial and consumer sectors with increased corrosion resistance requirements → InGaN and InGaAlP chip technology for the entire color spectrum → Focus on increased corrosion resistance, increased operating temperature range and brightness.

- Package dimensions: 1.60 mm x 0.8 mm x 0.4 mm (L x W x H)
- Max. forward current: 25 mA (Blue, White) / 30 mA (all others)
- Epoxy molding → outstanding corrosion robustness level 3B (15 ppm H2S, 40°C/90% r.h., 336h, L70)
- ESD: InGaAlP ESD stable chips of min. 2kV HBM, additional ESD for 8kV HBM for InGaN versions
