The STM32H5 microcontroller series extend the STM32 high performance portfolio and offer high performance, power efficiency and embedded peripherals.
This product series provide 128 KB, 1 to 2 Mbytes Flash memory, 32 KB of RAM (for STM32H503), 640-Kbyte SRAM (for STM32H562, STM32H563 and STM32H573), and 25 to 176 pins packages in WLCSP, BGA and LQFP profiles, as well as UFQFPN, VFQFN68 and WLCSP80 packages. They contain the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone® for Armv8-M, DSP and floating‐point unit (FPU) running up to 250 MHz with optional extended ambient temperature range up to 125 °C (for STM32H563/573).

- High Performance: At 250 MHz, the STM32H562 and STM32H503 deliver 375 DMIPS/1023 CoreMark performance executing from Flash memory, with 0-wait states using ST’s ART Accelerator™.
- Embedded peripherals:
- Up to 34 communication peripherals including I3C, FD-CAN, USB 2.0 full-speed host and device, USB Type-C / USB power-delivery, Ethernet MAC, camera interface.
- Easily extendable memory range using the flexible memory controller with a 16-bit parallel interface, or the Octo-SPI serial Flash memory interface (for STM32H562/563/573).
- Multiple 16- and 32-bit timers (for STM32H562/563/573).
- Power efficiency:
- Embedded SMPS to scale down the supply voltage for STM32H563/573.
- 86 µ/MHz (for STM32H503) and 61 µA/MHz (for STM32H562/563/573) with SMPS option, typical @VDD= 3.3 V and 25°C in run mode (peripherals off).
- 54 µA (for STM32H503) and 51µA (for STM32H562/563/573) typical in Stop mode with full RAM retention (low-power mode) with SMPS option.
- 380 nA (for STM32H503) and 776 nA (for STM32H562/563/573) typical in VBAT mode with RTC (low-power mode).
- Security for STM32H573: AES and PKA, TRNG, HUK, SFI, TrustZone, ST-iRoT, STM32TrusTEE, Target SESIP and PSA Level 3
