STMicroelectronics ILPS22QS & ILPS28QSW
Dual full-scale, 1260 hPa and 4060 hPa, absolute digital output barometer with Qvar
ILPS22QS and ILPS28QSW are ultracompact, piezoresistive, absolute pressure sensors that function as a digital output barometer, supporting dual full-scale up to user-selectable 4060 hPa.
These devices comprise a sensing element and an IC interface that communicates over the I²C, MIPI I3CSM (or SPI for the ILPS22QS) interfaces from the sensing element to the application.
They deliver ultra-low pressure noise with very low power consumption and operate over an extended temperature range from -40 °C to +105 °C.

Pressure sensor kit with Qvar functionality based on ILPS22QS
The STEVAL-MKI228KA evaluation kit consists of the STEVAL-MKI228A and the STREVAL-MKE001A. The STEVAL-MKI228A mounts the ILPS22QS pressure sensor with the Qvar electrostatic sensor and swipe electrode to make it compatible with the STEVAL-MKI109V3. The ILPS22QS is soldered exactly at the board center.

Pressure sensor kit with QVAR functionality based on ILPS28QSW
The STEVAL-MKI223V1K demonstration board is a kit made up of an ad hoc PCB, mounting the ILPS28QSW pressure sensor with a Qvar electrostatic sensor and a swipe electrode to make it compatible with the STEVAL-MKI109V3.
The electrode boards (STEVAL-MKE001A, STEVAL-MKE002A, or STEVAL-MKE003A) can be stacked on a STEVAL-MKI223V1 board. The kit provides the complete ILPS28QSW pinout and comes ready-to-use with the required decoupling capacitors on the VDD power supply line.
