SG Micro SGM457
Low power, low supply voltage, SOT package, digital temperature sensor
The SGM457 is a low power, low supply voltage, SOT package, serial control interface and digital output temperature sensor with an accuracy of ±0.5℃ (TYP) in the temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃. I2C interface is used to communicate with SGM457. Multiple device access instruction is used in this serial bus, so multiple SGM457 devices (up to four) can share one serial bus.
The SGM457 is available in a Green SOT-563-6 package and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
