Entry-line 100MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 general purpose microcontroller

The RA4E2 group is the newest RA4 series entry-line microcontroller based on the 100 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone.
The RA4E2 group offers high-performance and optimized peripheral functions with the smallest package options of 36pin BGA and 32pin QFN package, satisfying the needs of cost-sensitive and space-constrained applications.
The RA4E2 can be a first entry point to the RA family due to its usability, well-balanced performance, advanced peripheral functions, and scalability.

- 100 MHz Arm CM33 CPU, integrated flash memory of 128kB and 40kB SRAM
- Package options from 32- to 64-pin
- Low power operation: 82µA / MHz in active mode while executing at 100 MHz
- Integrated communications options including USB FS, I3C, HDMI CEC, SSI, and CAN FD
