The RA2E3 group is new RA Family’s entry line single-chip microcontroller based on the 48-MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 core with up to 64kB code flash and 16kB SRAM memory.

The RA2E3 group provides optimized feature set for cost-sensitive applications by supporting pin-to-pin and peripheral compatibility with RA2E1.

The outstanding low power consumption capability of RA2E3 contributes energy-efficient system design, therefore, the RA2E3 group is best fit for the IoT applications, battery-operated applications to realize longer battery life.
