Power Integrations InnoSwitch™4-CZ
InnoSwitch™4-CZ Now Supports up to 220 W Output Power
Power Integrations recently announced the expansion of the InnoSwitch4-CZ family of high frequency, zero voltage switching (ZVS) flyback switcher ICs. The new parts, when paired with ClampZero active-clamp IC and, optionally, HiperPFS-5 power factor correction ICs, easily address the latest USB PD 3.1 specification for adapters and chargers up to 220 W.

- Steady-state switching frequency up to 140 kHz minimizes transformer size
