NXP Semiconductors S32K342 MCU

The S32K342 MCUs for automotive general purpose (AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified: -40° C to +125° C Ta) are the latest addition to the S32K3 MCU family offering cost optimized memory size from 1 to 2MB of flash and lock step or dual core configuration.

Based on the 32-bit Arm^® Cortex^®-M7 lockstep mode, the S32K342 MCUs (available on the new MaxQFP172 and MaxQFP-100, available in May 2023, package) offer CAN FD, together with HSE hardware security capabilities and ISO 26262 up to ASIL D functional safety compliance, guaranteeing a minimum of 15 years of assured supply.
