NXP Semiconductors PCA9421 power management

The PCA9421 is an highly integrated power management ICs (PMICs), targeted to provide power management solution for low-power microcontroller applications or other similar applications powered by Li-ion battery and/or 5 V adapter non-portable applications.

These devices integrate 2x buck converters, 2x LDOs with programmable output voltage range. 

Easily compatible with an array of different MCU operation modes, it is enabling a new wave of power efficient devices for li-ion battery powered low power applications.

The chips are offered in 2.09 x 2.09 mm, 5 x 5 bump, 0.4 mm pitch WLCSP package; and 3 x 3 mm, 24-pin QFN package.
