500mA Resistor Equipped Transistors (RETs) - Space- and cost-saving solutions that reduce your component count and simplify circuit design
Ten new 500 mA Resistor Equipped Transistors (RETs) devices, which are available in a small SOT457 (SC-74) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. These new RETs provide a small scale integration, which means a reduction of handling and pick & place costs, as well as a simpler circuit design and the opportunity to save space. They are available in single and double options to allow application specific choices. Eight of the ten new devices are qualified according to AEC-Q101 standard and certified to be used in automotive applications.
