Nexperia Integrated 5 V load switch

The NPS4053 is Nexperia first Load switch product, designed to provide a smaller footprint and superior system protection facilitating increase system reliability and ensure safety. Optimized for application in portable devices and automotive infotainment systems. Load switch ICs are used for power management to control the power supply, by turning on and turning off a power rail to a load. It can reduce power consumption by turning off unused loads, providing power sequencing, providing inrush current control, over current limitation, short circuit protection, over temperature protection and active reverse current blocking.
