Compact 100BASE-T1 Ethernet gigabit switch family

Microchip's LAN9370/1/2/3/4 is a scalable, compact 100BASE-T1 Ethernet Gigabit Switch family, based on the IEEE 802.3bw-2015 specification. The LAN9370 is a 5-Port Layer-2+ managed switch, incorporating four 100BASE-T1 PHYs and a single MAC port, configurable to RGMII/MII/RMII.
The LAN9370 is available in Grade 2 Automotive (-40°C to +105°C) temperature range and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use cases. The switch is also available in an industrial temperature version (-40°C to +85°C) and is ideal for non-automotive applications.
The LAN9370 fully supports IEEE Audio Video Bridging (AVB) and key TSN (Time Sensitive Networking).

The LAN9370 fully supports IEEE Audio Video Bridging (AVB) and key TSN (Time Sensitive Networking) standards, which provide high Quality of Service (QoS) for latency sensitive traffic streams over Ethernet, including:

- IEEE 802.Qav traffic shaping
- IEEE 802.1Qbv (TSN) time-aware scheduler
- IEEE 802.1Qci (TSN) ingress filtering and policing
Additionally, a robust assortment of EtherGREEN™ energy efficiency features are provided, including Open Alliance TC10 sleep/wakeup partial networking, non-TC10 link partner energy detect wake-up, and ultra-deep-sleep power.
