Lumissil IO1028&IO1163 LIN-CAN Auto&Ind

System Basis Chip (SBC) ICs for auto and ind apps: LIN IS32IO28 & CAN FD IS32IO1163 integrate a voltage regulator and a LIN & CAN transceiver respectively into a single pkg, providing a compact and cost-effective solution for in-vehicle and ind automation systems. Both devices are fully compliant to industry standard specifications for LIN & CAN FD devices. The LIN device supports up to 20kBaud, very low sleep and standby currents of 22µA & 70µA respectively. Remote wakeup time is best in the class–80µsec typical. The CAN device can supply up to 100mA external loads such as MCU, sensors, or actuators and can operate up to 5Mbps data rate.
