Automotive and industrial current sensor for up to 2 kA
High precision miniature coreless magnetic sensor for AC and DC measurement. The sensor works at 5V and provides an analog output proportional to the magnetic field measured as well as over current detection output. One digital control and diagnostic interface provides temperature readout, safety status readout, read/write programming access to internal EEPROM, control of diagnosis mode. Infineon’s well established and robust monolithic hall technology enables accurate and highly linear measurement of the magnetic field caused by the current.
