60 V in TOLL package
Infineon’s new OptiMOS™5 power MOSFET 60 V in TOLL at an RDS(on), max of 0.9 mΩ (IPT009N06NM5) is the latest addition to the 60 V TOLL family.
The TOLL package offers a 60% space reduction compared to D²PAK 7-pin package. TOLL is the perfect solution where highest efficiency, outstanding EMI behavior, best thermal performance and space reduction are required.
Other products within this family include IPT007N06N (RDS(on), max of 0.7 mΩ) and IPT012N06N(RDS(on), max of 1.2 mΩ).
