CFD7 superjunction MOSFET in QDPAK
The 650V CoolMOS™ CFD7 superjunction MOSFET technology is now also available in the QDPAK with 80 mOhm RDS(on). It comes with an integrated fast body diode and is ideally suited for resonant topologies in industrial applications, such as server, telecom, solar, and EV-charging stations, in which it enables significant efficiency improvements compared to competition.
