Pulsed laser diode in plastic package with 75 W peak power
The SPL PL90AT03 is a Pulsed 75W peak power laser diode in plastic package and part of the broader ams OSRAM edge-emiting laser portfolio.
Succeeding SPL PL90_3, it offers an updated state of the art chip inside, improved efficiency and 50% smaller aperture width of only 110 µm enabling easier optics.
The 75 W peak power Laser diode was designed for 3D sensing, Lidar and TOF applications.
