Toshiba Electronics Europe TLP223GA and TLP223J
Low power photorelays with extended operating temperature
Low power photorelays TLP223GA and TLP223J normally open (NO) 1-FORM-A products that consist of a MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED
They can be utilized where it is desirable to replace a mechanical relay with a solid-state device.
Both photorelays feature an LED developed by Toshiba with high luminous efficiency, ensuring that the trigger LED current does not exceed 2mA. This reduces energy consumption by approximately 33% when compared to existing Toshiba product such as the TLP240x series.
The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +110°C.
Safety certifications include UL1577, cuL/CSA, VDE EN 60747-5-5, EN 62368-1
