Toshiba Electronics Europe TCK42xG
Gate driver IC familiy for N-CH MOSFET including over-voltage protection
TCK42xG series now allow users to select between two gate-source voltages, i.e. 10V and 5.6V. This enlarges the range of possible MOSFET-types.
The low off-state quiescent current makes the devices preferable for battery power equipment.
The series include a charge pump and protection circuits and it features ultra-small package (1.2×0.8mm), low quiescent current and wide input voltage.
The line-up allows the usage of Vin between 5V to 24V.
- TCK420G for 24V power lines
- TCK422G/TCK423G for 12V power lines
- TCK424G for 9V power lines
- TCK425G for 5V power lines
