Ultra-low noise, 24-bit analog-to-digital converter
The SGM58600, SGM58601 and SGM58602 are low noise, 24-bit, 60kSPS, delta-sigma (ΔΣ) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).
The SGM58600, SGM58601 and SGM58602 have a fourth-order delta-sigma modulator plus a fifth-order Sinc filter (Sinc5) optimized for low noise performance.
The flexible inputs multiplexer supports single-ended input or differential input configuration.
The SGM58600, SGM58601 and SGM58602 feature a selectable input buffer that increases the input impedance, and the low noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA) provides gains from 1 to 128 in binary steps.
The devices have an SPI-compatible interface.
