Single 2-input OR gate
The 74LVC1G32Q is a single 2-input OR function gate that is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The inputs from 3.3V or 5V device make this device to operate as a translator in a mixed 3.3V and 5V system environment. All of the inputs support Schmitt trigger action, allowing slower input rise and fall time for the device.
For partial power-down applications using IOFF, this device is extremely suitable. When the device is powered down, the damaging current backflow will be prevented from passing through the device.
