Renesas RV1S9x61, 62A

The RV1S9x61A,9x62A are photocouplers featuring high-speed switching up to 15Mbps which consists of an AlGaAs LED on the input side and an integrated circuit with a photodiode on the output. They are designed specifically for high common mode transient immunity (CMR), wide

operating power supply voltage range and high temperature operation up to TA = 125 °C. It is suitable for IPM drive.

The output type of RV1S9x61A is active high and he output type of RV1S9x61A is active low. The package of RV1S9261A and RV1S9262A is very small and thin with long creepage distance (8.2 mm).
