NTM88 highly integrated tire pressure sensor family
The NTM88 is a highly integrated tire pressure sensor family and is providing the following features.
Small footprint in a 4 mm x 4 mm package.
Low power consumption at 180 nA tvp (Stand-by current @ 3.0 V, 25 ℃).
Large memory size at 16 kB.
A field-proven dual-axis accelerometer architecture; the XZ axis offers motion detection and tire localization capabilities.
Available in 900 kPa, 1100 kPa and 1500 kPa.

- QFN 4 x 4 x 1.98 mm package enables visible solder joint for inspection
- 100–900 kPa pressure ranges
- Single axis or Dual axis
- Six multipurpose GPIO pins (including two A/D inputs)
Additional features
- Accelerometer standard or precision tolerances available
- Low-power wake-up timer, free-running counter, and periodic reset are driven by LFO
- Dedicated state machines for reduced power consumption
- 8-bit MCU/S08 core with SIM, interrupt and debug/monitor
- 512 Bytes RAM / 16 k Flash (1k for NXP coefficients, 15 k for user applications and NXP firmware libraries)
- Internal 315/434 MHz RF transmitter
- Internal 125 kHz LF receiver
