NXP’s FXLS89xxx is a compact 3-axis MEMS accelerometer designed for applications requiring ultra-low power wake up on motion.

FXLS8964AF is an ideal accelerometer for automotive Key FOB applications based on the combination of sensor performance, system power-saving features and extended over-temperature-range performance

FXLS8967AF is designed for use in a wide range of automotive security and convenience applications that require ultra-low-power wakeup on motion. 

FXLS8974CF is designed for use in a wide range of industrial and medical IOT applications that require ultra-low-power wake-up on motion.
