The Type 1YN Module is the next generation offer for customers wanting small sized 2.4GHz Wi-Fi+Bluetooth combination Modules.
The Module package is the same as the Type 1DX and Type 1FX Modules and the use of the newer CYW43439 chipset offers support for newer Wi-Fi features and Bluetooth 5.2.
Supported on a number of Ecosystem, a mass market product with an improved cost structure - this is the latest entry level Wi-Fi Module offering for any application where 802.11b/g/n support is needed.
