T40 series is a specialized processor family that can receive the raw data image from image sensor and microphone, feed it through a neural network and process it for a pleasing video that can be displayed or transmitted. The T40- SVP can be thought of as 4 main blocks. The Image Signal Processor will receive the raw data video from an image sensor. The ISP will convert the image sensor raw data to an eye-catching, color image with low noise and gamma corrected for a display or compressed video for transmission. The Neural Processing Unit (NPU) is a parallel processing block that is designed to run today’s advanced neural networks.
