Infineon Technologies automotive PSOC™ 4700S plus
Microcontroller with a single chip with inductive and capacitive sensing technology
Automotive PSOC™ 4 MCU is a scalable and reconfigurable platform architecture for a family of programmable embedded system controllers with an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU while being AEC-Q100 compliant. It combines programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. The PSOC™ 4700S Plus product family, based on this platform, is the industry’s first microcontroller with inductive sensing and capacitive sensing technology in a single chip. The inductive sensing technology enables sensing of metal objects and industry's leading capacitive sensing (CAPSENSE™) technology enables sensing of non-metallic objects.
