The new green laser diode PLT5 522EA_Q from ams OSRAM is an ideal replacement of red laser diodes in many industrial applications. The green light emission enables users to benefit from the 4x brighter appearance of a green laser compared to red without sacrificing the valuable features of red lasers. The better visibility is ideal for longer distance applications and outdoor daylight applications.
