ams OSRAM OSLON® P1616 high power IRED

The Oslon^® P1616 product family is among the industry's smallest IR high power package you can get on the market, combining a very compact package size with high IR performance for space critical application fields.

Newly available lens types: 

• 850nm SFH4172 and 940nm SFH4182S with a half-angle of ±65° to fit the square field of view of IR cameras,
• 850nm SFH 41747 and 940nm SFH 41847S with a 100° x 140° radiation pattern to fit the rectangular field of view of IR cameras.

• Very compact IR High power emitter with 1.6x1.6 mm footprint
• Homogeneous illumination with different lens types / FoI (120° / 100°x140°)
• 750μm stack and none stack chip
• 850nm and 940nm available
