ESD diode in DFN1110-3A package with wettable flanks and ultra low capacitance
Vishay VBUS05M2-HT5 ESD protection diode is a bidirectional and symmetrical (BiSy) two-line ESD protection device in an ultra-compact DFN1110-3A package, ideal for portable electronics. The high ESD immunity and very low capacitance make the VBUS05M2-HT5 optimal for high-frequency applications like USB2.0, USB3.0, or HDMI. This device provides a low maximum leakage current of less than 0.05 μA at the working voltage of 5.5 V, a reverse breakdown voltage of 8.5 V (typical) at 1 mA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 18 V at 3.4 A.
