Vishay SiZF906BDT

SIF906BDT is an application-specific dual N-Channel 30 V (D-S) MOSFET designed for synchronous rectification buck converter applications. It features a TrenchFET^® Gen IV power MOSFET and a SkyFET^® low side MOSFET with integrated Schottky diode. The device is housed in a compact PowerPAIR^® 6 x 5F package, with the flip low-side MOSFET for improved thermal dissipation.
