This device is developed to improve switching performance while offering high breakdown rating and great low resistance in tiny 8x8mm package. This device adds to our expanding PowerPAK 8x8 produce offering with R_DS(on) of just 91mohms typ and 105mohms max. It offers and efficient and compact alternative solution to D2PAK in many applications like Server and telecom power supplies, switch mode power supplies (SMPS), power factor correction power supplies (PFC), lighting, high-intensity discharge (HID), fluorescent ballast lighting and industrial.
