Vishay SIC45X Series
4.5 V to 20 V Input, 15 A, 25 A, 40 A microBUCK® DC/DC converter with PMBus interface
The SiC45x is a PMBus 1.3 compliant non-isolated DC/DC buck regulator with integrated MOSFETs. It is capable of supplying up to 40 A (SiC450) continuous output current.
