Toshiba Electronics Europe TLP241B
100V rated Photorelay in compact DIP4 package covers wide control range

Toshiba's TLP241B is the first photorelay device on the market to have an off-state output terminal voltage spanning all the way from 40V to 100V. As a result, it has the capacity to replace larger scale electro-mechanical relays, providing a more reliable, cost-effective and space-saving alternative. By relying on a non-contact optical arrangement rather than moving parts, engineers can benefit from longer operational lifespan, reduced system complexity and more rapid responsiveness.
This new photorelay is housed in a DIP4 package. Gull wing options are available to facilitate surface mounting.
