onsemi NCS20166 OpAmp
Precision operational amplifier, low offset voltage, 10 MHz bandwidth
The NCS20166 features rail-to-rail input and output, and 10 MHz bandwidth. This low quiescent current, low noise amplifier is trimmed to provide very low initial input offset voltage. It operates over a supply voltage range from 3.0 V to 5.5 V and comes in a SOT23-5 package.
The NCV Prefix version meets automotive applications that require AEC-Q100 qualification and PPAP capability. The devices are Halide Free and RoHS compliant.
